Half Day Consultation
One half day meeting for an consulting fee of $150.00. Each session consists of an informal meeting with a minimum of 3 members. All meetings are followed up with a written summary report of the discussion. The same fee applies for the initial and subsequent meetings.

Full Day Consultation
One full day meeting for an consulting fee of $300.00. Session consists of an informal meeting with a minimum of 3 members. The meeting is followed up with a written summary report of the discussion
Full Day Facilitated Consultation
One full day professionally facilitated meeting for an administration fee of $500.00. The session consists of a structured meeting, with a formal agenda focussing on a specific project determined by the client, with a minimum of 3 members. The meeting is followed up with a written summary report of the discussion.
One on One Mentoring Sessions
A series of pre-planned sessions with one of our members. This service offers coaching and follow up sessions (one every 2 months) on a variety of topics to help move the client's business ahead. The regular program calls for 6 sessions over a period of 12 months. The sessions last a minimum of 1 hour at a fee of $50.00 per hour.
Business plan Review
A working session designed to analyse and objectively critique a business plan. The service provides a minimum of three members or more depending on the elements of the plan requiring attention. The fee is $75.00 per hour.
Pre Evaluation Session
This service is offered for those who are not sure what they are looking for in terms of consultation. The sessions last a minimum of 1 hour with two members and are designed to flush out the client's issues and concerns in order to focus on the priorities to drive the business ahead. The consulting fee is $75.00 per hour. This meeting is followed up with a written report and ideas for next steps.
Post Recommendation Strategy Session

This service is offered for those clients who have decided to act on our recommendation and require assistance in developing an action plan and/or strategy to implement the recommendation. The session lasts a minimum of 1 hour with up to 3 members in attendance depending on the situation. It is designed to assist the client to develop a detailed action plan and strategies to enable them to implement one or more specific recommendations. The consulting fee for this service is $75.00 per hour.
