BAG's Privacy Policy

The Business Advisory Group (BAG) is responsible for maintaining and protecting personal information under its control.

BAG will seek a client's/members' consent for the collection, use or disclosure of personal information except where required or permitted by law.

BAG will collect only such personal information from its clients/members, which it considers necessary to provide its services to those clients/members. Personal information shall be retained as long as necessary to fulfil that purpose. All necessary information will be collected in a fair and lawful manner.

BAG, aside from any legal and statutory demands, will not release any personal information to third parties without the client's/member's express consent.

BAG will endeavour to assure that information shall be accurate, complete and up to-date as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it is to be used.

BAG shall protect personal information by appropriate safeguards.

BAG will make available to its clients and members all the practices and polices which apply to the management of their personal information.

BAG will on request provide all information with respect to the existence; use and disclosure of personal information and permit access to such information.
