The BAG Consulting Process
Getting a solution to your business problem can be as easy as 1, 2 3.

- Find out about us from this web site or by talking to one of our coordinators
- The coordinator will book an appointment at your choice of one of our meeting locations
- Bring your consultation form and your cheque to the meeting.
By talking to a coordinator both you and BAG will get a feeling for your most pressing problems. We urge you to list the issues on your consultation form to keep the discussion focussed.
At the meeting, three of our members (occasionally four) will listen and ask questions to clarify the issues and discuss with you a range of possible actions. Clients usually go away from a three hour meeting feeling they have a better understanding of their problems and a plan for action.
"Reinforced my thoughts! Encouraging feedback!"

The member who led your meeting will produce a written summary of the recommendations and ideas which is shared with the rest of the team, edited and then sent to you.
Most discussions also merit one or two follow-up phone calls to see if you have any implementation questions and to provide valuable encouragement.
Should you decide that a repeat consultation would be valuable, BAG can usually arrange most of the same team members, or you may decide to go with a different group. It's your choice!
